Yesterday was one of these moments in life I will NEVER forget....

I got fined by the police while I was on my way to meet a wine producer in Alsace at Domaine Sylvie Spielmann. I was fined 90 euros for clicking away a message on my gps🤔

Sylvie met me and we talked for hours about wine and life while tasting her extraordinary wines wich has so much minerality from fluorine stones in the soil.

I mentioned my WINE DREAM to drink a wine from my birth year 1986 ... So by the end of the meeting I got a surprise, Sylvie took me into her private cellar and gifted me 2 Grand Cru wines 😍😍 a riesling and gewurztraminer from 1986!!!

I love these things in life that out of a very unexpected turn of events someone gifts me THE best gift that I have dreamed of for a long time 🎁😍

THANK YOU SYLVIE 🙏💖 the wine will be opened for my 35th birthday this year and life will be good😁

Soul Winez is on tour 🚙🔥

I started to sell wines in The Netherlands from organic and biodynamic producers in Bordeaux and now Soul Winez is expanding 🍾🍾🍾

My first stop was in the Loire Valley where I met this brilliant winemaker - Fabrice👌

The vineyard has been worked by organic procedures for 20 years now and the soil consists of limestone, fossils and flint with black iron.

I fell in love with the Pouilly-Fume wines that they produce @domaine_des_rabichattes 😍

The wines have so much minerality, character, freshness and finesse 👌👌

Thank you Fabrice for the signed bottle I will keep it with me forever 😜
And thank you JB from @pariswinedaytours for the stories and great visit🙏🙏

I love the fact that the owner/winemaker/vineyard worker is a beautiful young woman making amazing wine in this man dominated world..✌️🍇✨

We tried the new Blanc de Grand Renouil 2020 from the tank which is ready to be Bottled in 2 weeks ✨✨✨✨

Perfect acidity with a touch of wood to cut the edges off for a beautiful round but crisp wine 😊

After cleaning out the pipes it's tricky to let the wine come through and not waste any 🍷🍷

When the wine is flowing it's attached to the bottling machine and there we go ✨✨ bottles of wine are made ready to be sold 🎊
